Sybet Terms & Conditions — Transparent, Simple & Fair

By using the Sybet website and its associated services, you are considered to have voluntarily agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Sybet and its members.

Sybet operates under an internationally recognised licence. We strictly adhere to gaming fairness, financial security, and responsible gaming policies. Sybet's services are available only to residents of countries or regions where online gaming is legally permitted.

In addition to these terms, Sybet's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms of individual games or bonuses also apply. In all disputes, the decision of Sybet's authority shall be considered final.

When registering with Sybet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Sybet reserves the right to terminate any account found to have provided false or incorrect details. Each individual may only open one account.

The following information is required for registration:

• Full name (as per national ID)
• Date of birth (must be 18 years of age or older)
• Active mobile number and email address
• Permanent address in Bangladesh
• Preferred payment method

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Sybet may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or any other valid identity document at any time. Withdrawals of large amounts may be held until verification is complete.

Sybet supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are typically processed instantly.

All deposits must come from an account registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned. Sybet does not facilitate money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.

Withdrawals at Sybet are simple and fast. However, a few conditions must be met:

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• If wagering requirements are not met, only the original deposit amount may be withdrawn
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. If a withdrawal takes longer than 48 hours, please contact our support team.

All bonuses and promotional offers at Sybet are provided under the following general terms. Each bonus may also have its own specific terms, which are listed on the bonus page.

• To claim a bonus, you must select the option at the time of deposit — it cannot be claimed afterwards
• Welcome bonus wagering requirements may range from a minimum of ×10 to a maximum of ×30
• Cashback bonuses typically carry a ×1 wagering requirement — meaning you can withdraw from the very next day.
• The maximum withdrawal limit on bonus winnings is specified in the terms of the respective bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Each bonus is granted once per account only

Sybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. However, the terms of an offer that has already been claimed will not be changed.

The following rules must be followed when using Sybet's Sports Betting and other gaming services:

1. No bets will be accepted after the betting market has closed.
2. Sybet reserves the right to void any bet placed incorrectly due to a technical error.
3. If a match is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded.
4. In the event of a dispute over a match result, Sybet will settle bets in accordance with the decision of the relevant authority.
5. Sybet is not responsible for any bets cancelled due to disconnection during live betting.
6. Placing simultaneous bets on both sides of the same match (arbitrage betting) may result in both bets being voided.

Every slots and casino game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate and rules, which are easily accessible within the game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sybet. Any involvement in these activities will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack
• Providing false information to obtain bonus benefits
• Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate conduct
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Betting using automated software or bots

Any member found engaging in the above activities will have their account permanently closed and their balance may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities may also be notified if necessary.

Either Sybet or the member may request to close an account.

Closure by Member: To close your account for any reason, contact the support team. Please withdraw your balance before closure. For self-exclusion, the account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.

Closure by Sybet: Sybet may suspend or close an account without notice in the event of a terms violation. If an investigation is ongoing at the time of closure, the account balance may be frozen.

Sybet handles your personal information with the utmost confidentiality. We collect:

• Registration details (name, email, phone number)
• Transaction history (deposit and withdrawal records)
• Gaming activity data (betting history, game logs)
• Device and connection information (IP address, browser details)

These Terms and Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered the primary and governing document.
